DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For customers within Australia, we offer two shipping options: Standard and Express.

STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Estimated transit time: 2-8 business days
  • Cost: Free for orders over $150 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $10.95 AUD

EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • Estimated transit time: 1-4 business days
  • Cost: $15.00 AUD

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For customers outside of Australia, we offer Standard International shipping only.

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

New Zealand and US orders 

  • Cost: $25.00 AUD

Other international orders

  • Cost: $30.00 AUD

International delivery times: allow two to four weeks for delivery.

Please be aware that packages being sent to countries outside of Australia may be subject to delays and additional levies and customs charges.

These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

We will send you your tracking number once your goods are on the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Lébump items however, we do understand that online shopping can be tricky and you may not always find your perfect fit.

Customers within Australia can return orders for either a refund or full store credit to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your items. Please note, we do not offer exchanges.

To arrange a return, please email us at info@lebump.com.au with your order number and reason for return and we will send you instructions for returning your order.

PLEASE NOTE: We don't accept the return of final sale items. All final sale items are final, there is no exchange, store credit or refunds on final sale items unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Return requirements 

Your returns must meet the conditions below:

  • Returns must be placed within 14 days after delivery.
  • Your order must be unworn unwashed, unstained (including but not limited to make up, fake tan, deodorant, smells etc) with tag still attached and in original packaging 
  • We don't accept the return of final sale items. All final sale items are final, there is no exchange, store credit or refunds on final sale items unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Any return postage costs are to be covered by the customer. 

Unfortunately all international orders are final sales. We do not accept exchanges/refunds on international orders. 

Faulty items 

If your item is faulty, we will replace it with the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund. This is in line with Australian consumer guidelines.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we have received your returned item. The purchase price (excluding shipping) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. 

Exchanges 

Please note, we are unable to exchange your purchase for a different size or style. If you wish to swap sizes or buy other products, you will need to return your initial order for a refund and place a new order.
